* Places Limited * Tuesday's Open Level class is suitable for everyone. Each week a varied practice is offered which looks at many different elements of the practice of yoga, pranayama (breathing) together with relaxation and meditation. Claire has been offering yoga in Watford for over 20 years and brings excellent teaching to her friendly, welcoming classes.

Newton Price Centre Parking: There is ample on-site parking available. If the main car park is full, there is a small over-flow car park a little further along Stanley Road. Alternatively, in the evenings you are able to park on the surrounding roads after 6.30pm without restrictions. Please be mindful of local residents needs though - thank you! |
