The class format is very flexible to fit round the needs of the babies!  Just bring whatever you need for baby whilst out and about, and a small blanket to place baby on.

Booking Process

Payment will be required on-line via Paypal or via a cash payment (cheques are no longer being accepted).  In addition, you will be emailed paperwork that will need to be printed, completed and posted back to Esprit Yoga.  Part of this paperwork comprises a registration for Westfield Children's Centre.  If you have any queries regarding this registration paperwork for the Children's Centre, please click the link here to be taken to an information leaflet which explains in more detail:  Children's Centre Registration

Below is a short video of mums taking their babies through 'Baby Half Lotus' - this forms part of the hip sequence we go through which works not only baby's hips, but digestive system too.  This particular part also ensures we're 'crossing baby's midline' and working both sides of baby's brain at the same time!!!
