Below is a short video of mums taking their babies through 'Baby Half Lotus' - this forms part of the hip sequence we go through which works not only baby's hips, but digestive system too. This particular part also ensures we're 'crossing baby's midline' and working both sides of baby's brain at the same time!!!

Wednesday's Open Level class is suitable for everyone except complete beginners (Introductory Courses for beginners are available separately).

This class offers a complete yoga practice, mostly Vinyasa flow* and tackling some more of the challenging aspects of the physical practice, finishing with relaxation and meditation.

*The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronised movement.” In other words, you will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

Thank you very much for all your yoga exercises, help and advice from the sessions and your calm which echoed in me throughout the process.
