Completion of this booking form does not confirm your place on your chosen course.

Booking is completed once Esprit Yoga is in receipt of full payment for the selected course. Payment is required on-line through PayPal (an account is not necessary). You will be forwarded a payment request upon receipt of your completed booking form so that you may pay using either a debit / credit card.
