Bookings

After your initial enquiry to Esprit Yoga via the on-line booking form, you will be sent a payment request from PayPal in order to secure your place on your chosen course. 

In the case of Baby yoga, paperwork will also be sent to you via e-mail - this needs to be completed and returned via post prior to the commencement of the course. 

PayPal does not require that you have an account - all on-line transactions are safe and secure. 

Esprit Yoga is unable to enter into any technical assistance regarding payments on-line, these need to be made to PayPal direct.

A non-refundable transaction fee of £2.00 is added to the course price for PayPal.

Your place on a course will be confirmed to you via e-mail once Esprit Yoga is in receipt of your payment.

Payment is the only way to secure your place on a chosen course.  It is not possible to reserve a place, pending payment.

Deposits & Refunds

A deposit is incorporated into all course fees* which are non-refundable.  There are no refunds or transfers for missed classes.  Should you wish to cancel your place on a course, you will receive a refund, less the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the start of the course.

Pregnancy & Adult Specials (Easter / Summer) / My Daddy & Me

Once payment has been made, there are no refunds available.  There are no transfers for missed classes.  Should classes be cancelled, a full refund will be made.

Insufficient Postage Paid on Return of Paperwork

This has become something of an issue, especially on the return of completed paperwork for baby yoga classes.  If you have paid insufficient postage, you will be required to pay both the outstanding fee (proof will be provided) plus an admin charge of £3.00 to cover my time / mileage to collect from the Post Office.  This payment will be required in cash at the first class you attend.

Class/Course Cancellations

If a class/course is cancelled by Esprit Yoga due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.  In the event that an alternative is not available, a full refund will be made.  Details of changes to schedules will be notified via the mailing list (see Emails below), as well as being advised under the 'News' section on the website.

Concessions

Please make direct contact to discuss concessions which are available to those in receipt of state benefit.  Proof of benefit will be required.

Emails

Your details are entered into Esprit's mailing list system following receipt of your enquiry/booking form.  This is used to make contact with you regarding important information on classes, changes to schedules and items of particular interest.  This information is not shared and is kept completely confidential.

The newsletter is the only system used to make contact with you.  Please note, Esprit Yoga is not responsible for non-receipt of emails detailing changes to class schedules etc.  Some systems (BT, Yahoo & Hotmail) spam newsletters that are sent out.  To prevent this, ensure that I am marked on your contact list and/or check your spam folder and mark the newsletters as 'not spam'.

You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time by clicking on 'Newsletter' and then scolling to the bottom and clicking on 'Unsubscribe'.  Alternatively, please send me an email requesting your removal.

Equipment

Adult & Pregnancy classes - you will need to bring a yoga mat to each class with you.  These are available from Tesco, John Lewis, Argos or on-line through www.yogamatters.com.  It is also advisable to bring a blanket as this offers additional padding for posture work (adult classes), as well as extra warmth during relaxation. 

Pregnancy practitioners are requested to bring a pillow or cushion from home to each class too.

Fitbumps classes (when available) will require that you wear suitable, supportive footwear for the first part of the session.  It is also advisable that you wear a good, supportive bra as well as clothing in layers, so you can remove items as you heat up.

Baby yoga - please bring a blanket to each session to place your baby on.

Pre & Post-Natal Massage

Once a booking is made, you are committed to that appointment time.  A full 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise the treatment fee is still payable.  E-mail cancellation is not acceptable - please telephone / text your cancellation, including your name and treatment time to 07980 415698.

Accessible parking is essential for treatments taking place in your own home.

Free Class Voucher

Free class voucher offers are only valid for 6 months from the date on the card and must be presented when booking a course.  One voucher per household and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Bad Weather Procedure

1. Advice regarding whether classes will run in the event of heavy snowfall will be advised via the email mailing list.  Please do not text me to request information, you are asked to check your emails for updates.
2. Information regarding classes will also be posted under the NEWS section of the website.  Please note that I sometimes do not receive information regarding venue closures immediately as I rely on being able to speak to venue managers in the first instance.
3. If a class is cancelled, it will be advised via email and the NEWS section of the website.  Details of a 'make-up' class will either be posted at the same time, or a short while afterwards.  Again, always refer to your emails for details.
4. Esprit cannot accept responsibility for the non-receipt of emails.  If you have not received an email you always have the option of checking with the website direct.
5. Refunds will only be available if Esprit is unable to offer a 'make-up' session.  The day / time offered may be at a slightly different time to your normal class, which is sometimes unavoidable due to venue availability.
